WARUNG BADIK - BADIK , KOTA BHARU , KELANTAN


Hi guys! How you guys are doing today? is it good? great? well I hope you guys are having an amazing day, if not, it's okay because better days are coming😉. aren't you feel hungry or thirsty over this humidity? well that's exactly how I am feeling whenever I’m thinking of WARUNG BADIK - BADIK. Does not matter if I’m on my diet, this place will break my dream to be skinny😭.



in case if you haven't heard of WARUNG BADIK - BADIK, here's a little bit of a story about this food place. BADIK - BADIK means 'Adik-Beradik' in baby's accent (siblings). It located at Pengkalan Chepa near Brokah Shisha. It is open from 3pm to 11pm. WARUNG BADIK - BADIK has started as a simple 'warung' near the route of Satay Baung, Pengkalan chepa. Their manu such as 'Bihun So So' , mango smoothie, 'Air Batu Koktail' (ABK) and many more. The business was fine until a day before Ramadhan 2017, The Warung had involved in terrible car accident. It happened during mid night and people said the car was racing with other car and suddenly it crashed the Warung.


After that bizarre moment, they move their Warung to near Brokah Shisha also in Pengkalan Chepa. This is how it look like.


WARUNG BADIK – BADIK slowly get known by people because of the uniqueness of the business. Why it is unique? Because the apprearance of the Warung is looking like under rated but what’s good shocking about it is, the food presentations are absolutely outside the expectation. The presentation looks so tumblr, pinterest and as people like to call it ‘hipster’ (aesthetic). The presentation definitely caught people’s attention especially those who called themselves as a ‘Food Hunter’ or those who like to take pictures on Instagram to make their feed look aesthetic.

WARUNG BADIK – BADIK is not a typical food place that offers you a nice presentation without a good taste. This place is giving you the realness taste for example Mango juice, they used only pure mango to make the juice. Some food place will charge you an extra price just because they are using pure ingredient but WARUNG BADIK – BADIK is giving a super affordable or cheaper price for their food. So if you are a budget Instagram food hunter, you might wanna check this place out, people will jealous with your photos, trust me.


WARUNG BADIK – BADIK has doing just great by feeding their customers with nice foods until December 2017, I personally noticed on facebook that this place has gone viral over random Kelantan’s facebook page. After seeing that, I me and my friend went to  WARUNG BADIK – BADIK to eat our early dinner because we were super starving *especially me. When we arrived, we were frustrated because it closed. Suddenly my friend said, it is open but it’s behind of the Warung. We went there and it much bigger than before and beautiful place. Quick story, before this, behind the old Warung located a Shisha place but now WARUNG BADIK – BADIK took over the place.
This place has become even famous day by day. If you are coming during night, you have to pray to god for seats because it always full house every night and you need to wait.


Beacuse it always full house, there is a little bit of unsatisfied thing about WARUNG BADIK - BADIK, most of the people said that the services became a bit slow, wrong order , we did not receive probably our dessert or drink *it happens sometimes , most complaint are about the food arrive a bit late, with all of this problem, this place still be people's choice to eat. the owner should improve the lack of service mentioned.
